Located in the north Texas city of Commerce, Texas A&M University-Commerce serves more than 12,000 students and is the second-largest member of The Texas A&M University system. A&M-Commerce comprises four academic colleges that offer degrees in over 100 majors and areas of study. Since 1889, A&M-Commerce has provided an environment tailored for student success. In addition to online and traditional instruction at its eight locations, the university has increased financial aid and support available to students through Honors College scholarships and the Regents Scholars program. The Student Access and Success Center is a one-stop shop approach that removes barriers to admissions, financial aid and advising information. The university also has 11 NCAA Division II athletic teams, a thriving Greek system, and over 120 student organizations.
